Our friendly and professionally skilled team of Financial Mentors provide both short term and long term financial advice, mentoring, education and assistance.

 

We cover all aspects of budgeting, education, saving, mortgages, managing your money, KiwiSaver, dealing with complex debts and banking.

PBS has been providing professional budgeting advice, Financial Mentoring and Building Financial Capability in our local community and in surrounding districts since 1974.

 

 

OUR SERVICE IS FREE FOR EVERYONE

 

We provide a relaxed, friendly and non-judgmental environment for each and

every one of our clients. 

 

Everything discussed at PBS is confidential.

Our appointments are conducted in our head office at 59R Wood Street, Papakura.

 

Our hours of operation are:

 

MONDAY TO FRIDAY

10am to 5pm

 

EVENING APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE MONDAY TO FRIDAY

 (by request and subject to availability)

5pm - 8pm 

 

SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS

(by request and subject to availability) 

9am - 5pm

Our evening/Saturday appointments are conducted at our office, or via Zoom.

PBS APPOINTMENT BOOKING PROCESS​

​

 

To make an appointment with one of our financial mentors, we ask all of our new

clients to first provide us with the following documentation so that we can accurately

assess your financial position:​ 

 

BANK STATEMENTS

3 months bank statements for all active bank accounts that you have

​

INCOME STATEMENTS

Wage slips or benefit breakdown etc.

​

 

DETAILS OF ALL OUTGOING EXPENDITURE AND DEBT

This includes rent/mortgage statements, copies of all bills, all debts,

and all loans (with balances/amounts owing for each).

​We need to see statements for anything that you are paying,

or anything that you are needing to pay.

​

Once you have gathered all of these items together, you can either email them

through to info@papakurabudgeting.co.nz or you are welcome to drop the 

physical copies to our office between the hours of 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday.

 

We will then prepare your file and schedule your first appointment with one of

our financial mentors.

 

​Please note: A verified Budget Worksheet/Debt Schedule are not complete,

finalised or issued at the first appointment. This generally takes 2-3 appointments.
